About these terms

Nothing here creates a guarantee of specific results, a fixed fee schedule, a binding arbitration clause, a billing arrangement, or a particular legal entity. Inquiries and estimates are subject to a written scope agreed separately with the owner.

Inquiries and estimates

When you contact us, we treat your message as an inquiry — not a contract. A project estimate is based on a written scope that describes the work, materials, and conditions we agree to. The estimate, the scope, and your acceptance of both are handled separately and in writing. No external acceptance, registration, or account is required to receive a quote.

Written scope

The scope we put in writing is what governs a project. Anything not included in that written scope — including materials, finish choices, site conditions, timing, and cleanup — should be discussed and added before work begins so the estimate reflects the work you actually want.

Optional messaging

Our request form offers optional consent for text messages. If messaging is enabled, messages come from Centennial Premier Carpenters and may include project inquiries, consultation scheduling, appointment reminders, and service updates, and, only if you opt in, special offers and discounts. Messaging is optional and is not a claim that SMS is currently active or that any number is registered or SMS-enabled; the owner should confirm messaging capability before relying on it.

Message frequency and carrier limitations

• Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply.
• Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent is not required for a quote

You do not have to consent to text messages to request an estimate or consultation. Consent, if given, only affects whether and how we send messages — it does not change the price or availability of a quote.

This website is not a binding quote

Anything on this website — including descriptions of services, materials, or rough price ranges — is general information, not a binding project quote. A binding quote comes from the written estimate and scope agreed with the owner.
